“It was always my dream to travel to NYC; on a whim, we booked a trip, choosing a hotel already recommended to us by Oliver Lodge due to Times Square’s location. After the booking was confirmed, Oliver and Rachael, with their vast knowledge of NYC, kindly offered to give us tips and advise on what to do and where to avoid. Only having 5 nights, I didn’t want to waste any time doing something we wouldn’t enjoy or wasting money trying to get to places. I explained to Oliver and Rachael what I have always wanted to see and do. They gave us some great tips, like what time to get to places to avoid queues, where and when to book seats in specific bars to avoid disappointment when there. This was incredibly helpful as everywhere was booked up on the days we arrived at the venues. We were thrilled to get a seat and enjoy the sights and environment of being there! We soon had a fantastic itinerary, so we wasted no time looking for places and getting lost. The trip would not have been such a success without the advise and help from Oliver and Rachael; their knowledge of the city and its do’s and do not is unreal…
We tend to check in with them now before we make any travel plans as they always have great travel advise no matter the location… Saved us lots of money over the years!!

“My husband surprised me with a trip to Santorini for my 30th. Now he is not the best with organising & usually pays way over the odds for the pleasure! So I got in touch with Olly & Rach to ask their opinion on the hotel as I knew they had been before. WOW. I am happy I did…from their advice, we switched hotels and made a full itinerary of places to see to eat at and take in the breathtaking views.
The hotel made the holiday, and without their recommendation, we would never have come across it – the views throughout the whole day we just incredible – plus the fantastic location & delicious food that was so reasonably priced.
Suppose we had gone on this trip without the advice from Olly & Rach. In that case, I think it would have been an average holiday – yes, it’s Santorini & is beautiful. Still, all the places I had been thinking of visiting were your standard ones, cramped, overpriced & usually an anticlimax! Every business these guys told us to go for food, drinks & trips were 10/10. I could not thank them enough for how much money we saved & memories made 🖤
I will never book a trip again without going over it with The Lodges – they have a wealth of knowledge that I want to abuse to keep making my holidays fabulous!”
